Bar Moruno inside Los Angeles Grand Central Market is an upscale casual restaurant and bar. The interior is reminiscent of the areas Spanish history with a menu to match. The word moruno means a kebab cooked over hot coals and at Bar Moruno, the culinary influence of Spain, Southern France and North Africa can be tasted in the kebabs and other menu items. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Bar Moruno has plenty of options for a quick grab-n-go meal, a business lunch or a cozy dinner. The fan favorite menu items include the rotisserie lamb leg Submoruno sandwich with red onion, pepperoncini and mint or the Marys chicken thigh Morunobowl with garlic, onion, chili and cilantro.
