Heirloom by definition refers to a treasure handed down through the generations.A creative Farmer to Fork concept emphasizing locally sourced where possible ingredients focusing on fresh, organic, non-GMO products allowing our guests to understand where their food comes from as well as how it was grown or raised. The restaurant concept will allow for a casual look and feel yet providing refined food presentations that will seasonally change combining our culinary team skills blending both traditional native Texas with classic European styles to differentiate our offering from the norm.
