We proudly serve All-Natural (no hormones, no antibiotics, all vegetarian fed) lamb, beef and chicken. We use Utahs own Niman Ranch beef and Morgan Valley lamb, along with the highest-quality chicken. Mazza boasts one of the largest selections of Middle Eastern beer and wine in the United States.
